Familiar with Quality Management Systems (based upon EN9100 standard)

Technical expertise in the field of

Systems and Equipment suppliers
Cabin suppliers
Aero structure (Design & Built ...) suppliers
Material suppliers
Services suppliers: Design only Suppliers, Specific Design Suppliers, Jigs and Tools Suppliers, …

To verify the capability to fulfill customers´ requirements and expectations for:

supplier Evaluation, Facility Surveys, Auditing
sub-supplier surveillance
support supplier development (best practices)
check if production is conform to approved design
check procedures, process description, manuals and documentation
supplier audit / supplier process control
risk- and safety audits
verify compliance with contract / purchase order requirements
check traceability, also for subtier process
surveillance and compliance for process changes
conduct supplier assessment activities related to:
Technical design;
or project management;
or industrial process

Your future activity will be within the field of assessments/audits:

The assessment is focused on achieving product delivery and quality targets based on evidence available at the Supplier’s site. The process is the same as for an audit (plan, prepare, conduct interview, raise findings, write a report, action plan follow-up). These assessments aim at verifying if the supplier is capable, stable and under control in order to achieve On Time Delivery and On Quality with minimum risks, throughout the different phases of the Product life cycle.
